Day 10: Kanchanaburi, Thailand: Elephants & Bamboo Rafts

8am: I woke up early so that I could go on a little minivan tour.  I went to some waterfalls, went to this museum about the Japanese and how they forced the POWs to build railways through here during WWII, road some elephants through the jungle and fed them, floated down the river on a bamboo raft, and took a train back to town.

11pm: Some Thai pulled up in a pickup truck and said they were going to a club in town.  So we jumped in the back, and we went to this place where we were the only farang (foreigners) there.  The only drinks you could order: bottles of Thai whiskey or shots of vodka.  Funny.
